When an item needs to be returned to us it needs to come back in a resellable condition and the return costs will be for the clients account.

No returns or refunds will be giving after 3 days of receipt of product unless there has been arranged with the owner directly due to a factory fault etc. 

Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

Refunds will be only be made once the item is received and we have inspect the item - item may not be worn or have any stains on them.

When returning an item please make use of a reliable courier company/service as we will not take responsibility for any lost goods.

We are based in Port Elizabeth and courier throughout South Africa. We make use Aramex and a local delivery service. 

All order over R650 receive free shipping otherwise it will be for clients account - courier fee will depend on the option you take on our website.

Once your package has been sent you will receive an email with a tracking number for your parcel.

Please note that delivery of an item might take longer when you do not live in a major city.

Collection of products in Port Elizabeth can be done from 09:00 - 12:00 at the given address on the invoice.
